Where are you Located?

We are located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will all depend on where you are located and your order size. You can view the shipping price at checkout prior to processing payment.

do you offer express postage?

Yes we ship express Australia wide, this option is available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently only shipping within Australia and to New Zealand.

International shipping to other countries is currently not available at this time.

Local Pickups

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

How long until my order is posted?

Our processing time is 3-5 business days. though this may vary depending on the item/s.

During peak times (special collections, sales or Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer and we do appreciate your patience during these periods.

Discount Codes

Please make sure to enter your discount code before completing checkout. once an order is processed, we cannot apply discounts retroactively

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any issues or concerns with your order please contact me.

My item is damaged?

Each individual item is handcrafted with lots of love and care in my studio by me! and they are personally inspected by me upon dispatch.
